Did you make it out last Thursday to Seven44? Thank you so much to everyone who came to see us at 744 Mt. Pleasant! There was a line-up out the door of people who came for some great music, food and drinks, and most importantly, to support the Ride Don’t Hide program for mental health. We raised more than $2000 with covers, raffle tickets and auctioned items, with the help of many generously donated prizes.

Ride Don’t Hide is a community bike ride hosted by the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA), with the goal to raise awareness and help break the stigma surrounding mental health while raising essential funds to support mental health programs. CMHA rides will be hosted in four provinces in 19 communities with the aim to engage over 3,600 participants and raise $800,000.
